A comprehensive 60–75 minute evaluation focused on understanding the full picture of your mental health, lifestyle, and goals. Includes:
- Diagnostic assessment
- Medication evaluation (if appropriate)
- Integrative treatment planning (sleep, nutrition, lifestyle)
- Time for questions and collaboration
Patients referred by a Merchantville Medical Wellness provider receive: 10% off the initial evaluation.

Follow-Up Appointments
$200
Streamlined 25–30 minute visits focused on progress, optimization, and support.
Includes:
- Medication management
- Symptom review and adjustments
- Functional and lifestyle guidance
- Ongoing care coordination
(Note: Visits are structured to be efficient, focused, and high-impact without formal psychotherapy sessions.)

Cancellation Policy
1st No-Show: No charge
2nd: 50% fee
6% card processing fee applies to each appointment. Although we do not take insurance a superbill can be provided for submission to insurance.
Please note that we only see patients who are 18 years of age or older.
